Love versus Sex

I went on a search for photographs that show a true and real connection between two people.  Most of the time sex is portrayed in the media, on the web, on billboards, ect. but they never seem to capture any real meaning between two people.  I wanted to show photographs that capture a true intimate moment, photographs that portray us as being human and that show that love, be it between gay or straight couples is a very real and tangible thing.  It isn't all about sex....its about love for another person, a true and tangible connection between two people on a deep and intimate level  To me, that is much more provocative than any graphic photograph could ever be...it is what true art is all about....portraying life.

Maybe these will disturb some of you.  The thought of two men, or two women being intimate is too much for some people.  It is a very real thing.  So many times the media portrays the gay life style as just being based on sex....I can assure you that it is not.  We have real commitments, real love, real families and real feelings. I saw a quote on my search that said "sex with another person is great, sex with someone that you love has no comparison."
